We know you’re excited to level up your setup. Every order is handled with care to ensure your keycaps arrive in pristine condition.

Processing Times

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation (unless otherwise stated for Group Buys or Pre-orders). We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

  • We do NOT ship orders the same day.

  • Orders placed on a Friday will typically ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Taxes and Duties

For our international community outside of the United States: you are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes, and local fees as determined by your Customs authority.

We ship international packages DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). These fees are not collected by us and cannot be refunded. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated rates before placing your order.

Note: Please allow 1-4 days for tracking numbers to update once you receive your shipment notification.

Important Delivery Information

  • Accuracy is Key: Please double-check your shipping and billing address before checking out. Because we aim for fast processing, there is a very small window to change an address. If you notice a mistake, email support@forkmo.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change."

  • Secure Delivery: Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door. However, it is at the courier's discretion to decide if a location is safe. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold it at a local post office.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend shipping to a secure address or a workplace where someone is available to receive the package.

  • Wrong Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it (shipping fees will apply) or provide a refund for the product cost.

Group Buys & Pre-Orders

If your order contains a Group Buy (GB) or Pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the last item is in stock. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping timelines on these custom items, as they often have much longer lead times than "In-Stock" items.
